Κατά το δεύτερο τρίμηνο του 2025 ο αριθμός των εγγραφών επιχειρήσεων της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης (ΕΕ) αυξήθηκε κατά 4,6% σε σύγκριση με το πρώτο τρίμηνο του 2025.

Παράλληλα, ο αριθμός των δηλώσεων πτώχευσης αυξήθηκε κατά 1,7% σε σύγκριση με το πρώτο τρίμηνο του 2025.

Ο αριθμός των εγγραφών επιχειρήσεων αυξήθηκε σε όλους τους τομείς της οικονομίας, με εξαίρεση τη βιομηχανία, όπου δεν υπήρξε καμία αλλαγή. Η μεγαλύτερη αύξηση σημειώθηκε στις μεταφορές (+13,1%), την πληροφόρηση και την επικοινωνία (+8,2%) και τις χρηματοπιστωτικές υπηρεσίες (+5,2%).
