Το πρώτο τρίμηνο του 2022, το εποχικά προσαρμοσμένο ΑΕΠ αυξήθηκε κατά 0,6% στην Ευρωζώνη και κατά 0,7% στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση (ΕΕ) σε σύγκριση με το προηγούμενο τρίμηνο.

Το τέταρτο τρίμηνο του 2021, το ΑΕΠ είχε αυξηθεί κατά 0,2% στην Ευρωζώνη και 0,5% στην ΕΕ.

Η Ιρλανδία (+10,8%) κατέγραψε τη μεγαλύτερη αύξηση του ΑΕΠ σε σύγκριση με το προηγούμενο τρίμηνο, ακολουθούμενη από τη Ρουμανία (+5,2%) και τη Λετονία (+3,6%). Μειώσεις παρατηρήθηκαν στη Σουηδία (-0,8%), στη Γαλλία (-0,2%) και στη Δανία (-0,1%).
