Το 2023, η μέση τιμή 1 εκταρίου αρόσιμης γης στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση (ΕΕ) ήταν 11.791 ευρώ, ενώ η μέση ετήσια τιμή ενοικίασης αρόσιμη γης ή/και μόνιμων λιβαδιών ήταν 173 ευρώ ανά εκτάριο.

Μεταξύ των 22 χωρών της ΕΕ με διαθέσιμα στοιχεία, η μακράν υψηλότερη μέση τιμή για 1 εκτάριο αρόσιμης γης καταγράφηκε στη Μάλτα, στα 283.039 ευρώ ανά εκτάριο. Η επόμενη υψηλότερη μέση τιμή ήταν στην Ολλανδία με 91.154 ευρώ ανά εκτάριο και στη συνέχεια στο Λουξεμβούργο με 42.540 ευρώ ανά εκτάριο.

Αντίθετα, οι χαμηλότερες μέσες τιμές καταγράφηκαν στην Κροατία (4.491 ευρώ ανά εκτάριο), τη Λετονία (4.591 ευρώ) και τη Σλοβακία (5.189 ευρώ).
